Feinerman Vision offers transparent, all-inclusive pricing for EVO ICL™ surgery. One fee covers everything from your first measurement to your last routine follow-up visit. There are no hidden add-ons.

Astigmatism correction with the toric EVO ICL™ is part of the same fee, not an add-on.

Why EVO ICL Costs More Than LASIK

LASIK at our practice starts at $4,100 for both eyes, and WaveLight® Plus LASIK is $5,100. EVO ICL™ is a different category of procedure: a Collamer® lens is custom-manufactured for your eye and placed inside the eye, behind the iris, in a surgery center setting. The lens itself is a significant part of the cost.

What you gain for that difference matters for the right candidate: no corneal tissue is removed, so thin corneas are not a barrier; no flap is created, so the dry eye impact is lower than LASIK; and the lens is reversible. It can be removed or exchanged by a surgeon if your needs change, which preserves all of your future lens options, including trifocals later in life. For patients with high prescriptions or thin corneas, the comparison is often not EVO ICL™ versus LASIK; it is EVO ICL™ or no corneal procedure at all.
